what we collect
Omoggle does not require account creation. We assign you an anonymous session ID stored in your browser. We collect: match results and scores (anonymized), ELO ratings tied to your session, and usernames if you choose to set one. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifying information unless you provide it voluntarily.
camera & face data
Your camera feed is processed entirely on your device using on-device AI (MediaPipe). Your raw video is never transmitted to our servers. Only your computed score (a single number) is sent to our database. We do not store, sell, or analyze facial imagery.
cookies & storage
We use localStorage to persist your session ID across visits. No third-party tracking cookies are used. No advertising cookies are used.
third parties
We use Supabase for database and real-time infrastructure. Their privacy policy governs data stored on their servers. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
children
Omoggle is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
data retention
Session data and match results are retained for up to 12 months of inactivity. You can request deletion by contacting us.
